What is the Private Health Insurance Coverage of BRIDGE IN Employees of Record?

Details on Private Heath insurance coverage offered by BRIDGE IN.

BRIDGE IN offers a well-rounded cover for all employees which has all the basics included. The coverage option plan is the “Hospitalização e Ambulatório”, and includes discounts from hospitalization and birth to physiotherapy, chemotherapy/radiotherapy, Outpatient Care, and much more.

How can I waive the probation period?

In order for BRIDGE IN to request the Insurance company to waive the initial probation period on the Private Health Insurance coverages, we will need the following:


  • Confirmation from you, that your previous Private Health Insurance policy was valid for at least 1 year and that a gap no longer than 1 month elapsed between the end date of that policy and the start date of the new one.
  • A declaration from the previous Private Health Insurer, or alternatively from the previous employer if it was a group policy, with the policy number, identification of person covered (you), coverage included, and start and end date.

Please note that this request usually requires some back and forth with the insurer, so we appreciate your patience. Furthermore, be informed that the waiving of the probation period only applies to existing coverages, any new or additional coverage will still be subject to it.

Is dental included in my PHI plan?

No - But we are working very hard to try and get a second option of PHI cover which includes dental.
