How to use our knowledge base and get in touch with us for support.
As of March 30, 2023, BRIDGE IN has rolled out a new system to respond to your requests. In fact, we have created a knowledge base, a dedicated team and a channel to make sure we answer all your queries in a timely manner:
- KNOWLEDGE BASE: We have created a repository of useful information you can always consult. You can easily find articles on the home page or search for them with specific keywords through the search bar. The knowledge base is updated constantly to make sure you will be able to find all information there.
- HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US: If you haven’t found the information you were looking for in our knowledge base, you can contact us at support@bridgein.pt. Our customer support team will promptly get back to you.
